I'd eliminate all the rental car buses and do one of two things:
- Build a monorail system that ran from the rental car area in a loop to the terminals (like SF Int'l)
or
- Establish a new bus system where each bus worked for all of the rental car companies.
What's the point of hertz, avis, budget, national, etc all having their own fleet of buses polluting the air?
A little leadership can go a long way.
